HOW TO ACCESS THE "175Blo" RESIDENCE AND THE APARTMENT

You should have received (96h before check-in or less) an email from : robot@175blo.paris

This email contains all informations you need to access your apartment such as :

  • Adress
  • Street door digicode
  • Residence digicode
  • QR CODE Digital Key
  • Wifi password
  • A link on youtube to watch the video for using the QR Code : https://youtu.be/QhLEQkCytW0

N.B :
This digital key shall be facing the camera of the outside door plate at around 15cm (5 inches) distance. Then wait 6 to 8 seconds for credential and the lock shall blink green and grant you access. The door will then lock (blink red) 8 second after the door close.

For even more flexibility you can also print the QR Code and present it facing the caméra.

General information and supplies
All our apartment are fully equipped and most of the necessary items are included for your stay.

  • Linens and towels / All beds and pillows are protected with hypo allergenic covers.
  • Full kitchenware and maintenance products 
  • Microwave / Kettle / Toaster / Nespresso machine. 
  • Nespresso (welcome set) / Plain water bottle / sugar / salt / pepper / olive oil / vinegar...
  • Shampoo and Shower gel
  • Iron and Board / Dryer rack / Hairdryer
  • High-Speed Wi-fi dedicated to each apartment.

NB:
- For long stay over a week, linens and towels are changed every week.
- On demand we can provide at extra cost additional cleaning staff.

Check-in time:

  • The arrival time is from 3 p.m. and without limit beyond

If you arrive a little before 3pm:

  • We cannot guarantee an early check-in in advance, but rest assured that we will do our best. We will organize our maintenance schedule if possible so that your apartment is available as a priority around 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. (approx).

N.B: On request additional secured early check-in can be ordered online.

Departure time (Check-out) :

  • Check out time is 11 a.m.

If you need to check out after 3pm: 

  • We cannot guarantee late check out in advance, but rest assured that we will do our best. We can organize if necessary to take care of your luggage the day of your departure, that you could take back later in the day.

N.B: On request additional secured late check-out can be ordered online.

Heating and air conditioning

  • Heating is provided by electric radiator, it is automatically managed by the building management system on the temperature of 22°C (72H). On request we can adjust the temperature for you according to your wishes. (NB: The LCD display of the heater is "set" by default to 26°C, please do not touch it unless requested by us).
  • We have portable air conditioners that are dropped off for you in your apartment if needed. (N.B: Remember to place the outlet of the hot air exhaust pipe outside the apartment.)

  • Orly Airport: 20 minutes by taxi and 1 hour by public transport.
  • Roissy Airport "CDG" Airport: 45 minutes by taxi and 1 hour 20 minutes by public transport.
  • Gare du Nord: 30 minutes by taxi and 45 minutes by public transport.
  • Gare Montparnasse : 10 minutes by taxi and 15 minutes by public transport.

Distance from tourist sites ans common places:

  • Eiffel Tower / Champs de Mars: 20 minutes on foot / 10 minutes by Taxi / 20 minutes by Metro.
  • Musée d'Orsay: 15 minutes by Taxi / 20 minutes by Metro.
  • Louvres Museum / Place de la Concorde: 20 minutes by Taxi / 25 minutes by Metro.
  • Champs Elysées / Arc de Triomphe: 20 minutes by Taxi / 30 minutes by Metro.
  • Exposition Center Portes de Versailles : 7 minutes walking / 2 minutes by Metro

For the car Parking:

  • We do not have private parking. There are a few public places in rue Blomet, and more in the adjacent or parallel streets at the rate I think of 2.50 euros HT / hour. An App to pay for public parking: (Ex: https://www.paybyphone.fr).
  • There are two public car parks in the neighborhood. The closest is located at  Adresse : 371 Rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris, France, the price is around € 25 per day (declining), variable depending on the parking time. Please note that it can sometimes be difficult to find a place in this car park. Tél: +33 1 42 50 67 19
  • The second is at Adresse : 98 Rue de la Convention, 75015 Paris, France
  • Tél : +33 1 45 54 21 72 a 10-minute walk from the building and by bus line 62; packages are available depending on the duration of parking: € 39 for one day, € 55 for 2 days, € 75 for 3 days a[object HTMLTableRowElement]nd € 110 for 5 to 7 days.
