Suites Studios

Located in a former courtyard printing works in Paris XV, completely renovated in 2019, our six “Suite Studio” of 270 Sqf are on the ground floor. They are fully equipped and decorated in a contemporary design style, each one being unique and personalized in a modern and harmonious atmosphere.

Ideal for one or two people with a small living space, an American kitchen, two wardrobes, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large Queen Size bed. The living area with its sofa bed can also accommodate an additional person.
All our apartments are “Eco Friendly” and have, for your comfort, a “Smart Lighting” system with entry and exit scenes, and a general “Off” from your bed headboard. They are also equipped with several USB charger sockets (5V) placed at the head of the bed, and seating areas.

You will appreciate the proximity of public transport (3 mins walk from carrefour Convention - Vaugirard / Metro line 12) and 9 minutes walk from Porte de Versailles, Parc des Expositions. The center of Paris, major attractions and sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, Louvres and Orsay museums ... are all between 20 and 30 minutes away .
