Located in an old printing house on a courtyard in Paris XV, completely renovated in 2019, this “Studio Terrace” of 225 Sqf with a large planted and furnished terrace of 270 Sqf (approx). It is fully equipped and decorated in a contemporary design style in a modern and harmonious atmosphere. Its entrance is on the 1st floor of the residence with a private staircase leading to the second floor.

Ideal for one or two people with a small living space, an American kitchen, two wardrobes, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large "Queen Size" bed.
All our apartments are “Eco Friendly” and have, for your comfort, a “Smart Lighting” system with entry and exit scenes, and a general “Off” from your bed headboard. They are also equipped with several USB charger sockets (5V) placed at the head of the bed, and seating areas.

You will appreciate the proximity of public transport (3 mins walk from carrefour Convention - Vaugirard / Metro line 12) and 9 minutes walk from Porte de Versailles, Parc des Expositions. The center of Paris, major attractions and sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, Louvres and Orsay museums ... are all between 20 and 30 minutes away .
