Loft Duplex

Located in an old printing house on the courtyard in Paris XV, completely renovated in 2019, our six 450 sqf "Loft Duplex" are fully equipped and decorated with a contemporary design, each one being unique and personalised in a modern and harmonious ambiance. They are on first floor of the building, accessible by a large staircase.

Ideal for 2 guest with a lounge area, an American kitchen, a wide dressing and two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and the second on the mezzanine with a bathtub. The bedroom is on the mezzanine in open space with a large “Queen Size" bed. The living area with its sofa bed can also easily accommodate an additional person.
All our apartments are “Eco Friendly” and have, for your comfort, a “Smart Lighting” system with entry and exit scenes, and a general “Off” from your bed headboard. They are also equipped with several USB charger sockets (5V) placed at the head of the bed, and seating areas.

You will appreciate the proximity of public transport (3 mins walk from carrefour Convention - Vaugirard / Metro line 12) and 9 minutes walk from Porte de Versailles, Parc des Expositions. The center of Paris, major attractions and sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, Louvres and Orsay museums ... are all between 20 and 30 minutes away .
