Located in an old printing house on the courtyard in Paris XV, completely renovated in 2019, our three “Studio” of 200 to 225 Sqf (approx) are either on the ground floor (Studio A1) or on the 1st floor (Studios B7 and B9) from the residence, accessible by a wide staircase.

They are fully equipped and decorated in a contemporary design style, each one being unique and personalised in a modern and harmonious atmosphere.
Ideal for one or two people with a small lounge area, an American kitchen, a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a "Twin Size" bed.
All our apartments are “Eco Friendly” and have, for your comfort, a “Smart Lighting” system with entry and exit scenes, and a general “Off” from your bed headboard. They are also equipped with several USB charger sockets (5V) placed at the head of the bed, and seating areas.

You will appreciate the proximity of public transport (3 mins walk from carrefour Convention - Vaugirard / Metro line 12) and 9 minutes walk from Porte de Versailles, Parc des Expositions. The center of Paris, major attractions and sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, Louvres and Orsay museums ... are all between 20 and 30 minutes away .
