Mini Studio

Located in a former courtyard printing house in Paris XV, completely renovated in 2019, our three “Mini Studio” of 153 to 180 Sqf (approx) are either on the ground floor (Studios C7 and C8), or on the 1st floor (Studios B8) of the residence, accessible by a wide staircase.

They are fully equipped and decorated in a contemporary design style, each one being unique and personalised in a modern and harmonious atmosphere.
Ideal for one or two people with a small lounge area, an American kitchen, a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a "Twin Size" bed.
All our apartments are “Eco Friendly” and have, for your comfort, a “Smart Lighting” system with entry and exit scenes, and a general “Off” from your bed headboard. They are also equipped with several USB charger sockets (5V) placed at the head of the bed, and seating areas.

You will appreciate the proximity of public transport (3 mins walk from carrefour Convention - Vaugirard / Metro line 12) and 9 minutes walk from Porte de Versailles, Parc des Expositions. The center of Paris, major attractions and sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, Louvres and Orsay museums ... are all between 20 and 30 minutes away .
