Mini Loft Duplex

Located in an old printing house on the courtyard, Paris XV, completely renovated in 2019, our “Mini Duplex” of 30 m2 is fully equipped and decorated in a contemporary design style, personalized in a modern and harmonious atmosphere. They are on the 1st floor of the residence, accessible by a wide staircase.

Ideal for 1 or 2 people with a small lounge area, an American kitchen and a large dressing room. The bedroom is on the "open space" mezzanine with a "Twin Size" bed and a walk-in shower room.
All our apartments are “Eco Friendly” and have, for your comfort, a “Smart Lighting” system with entry and exit scenes, and a general “Off” from your bed headboard. They are also equipped with several USB charger sockets (5V) placed at the head of the bed, and seating areas.

You will appreciate the proximity of public transport (3 mins walk from carrefour Convention - Vaugirard / Metro line 12) and 9 minutes walk from Porte de Versailles, Parc des Expositions. The center of Paris, major attractions and sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, Louvres and Orsay museums ... are all between 20 and 30 minutes away .
